Debbie's painting and collage works create small-scale sculptures.  The process is both creative and constructive; beginning with the choice of shape, colour and form.  Abstract organic and geometrical shaped fields of colur are superimposed onto monochrome backgrounds.   Seemingly simple elements, are intuitively planned and organised until a certain mood, balance and movement evolves to create a calming and evocative composition.
